How It Works
RealHomes drives property seekers to the platform through search, listings, and targeted marketing. When a buyer or renter expresses genuine interest in a property, that lead is matched to a qualified agent in the relevant market. The agent works the lead, closes the deal, and RealHomes collects a post-close commission from the transaction value. No monthly fees. No wasted spend. Just results.
The Commission Structure
Sales — 5%
On every completed property sale facilitated through RealHomes, a 5% commission applies on the agreed transaction value. Negotiable based on property type, deal size, and market conditions.
Rentals — 10%
On every tenancy agreement closed through RealHomes, a 10% commission applies on the annual rent value. Terms are open to negotiation depending on the nature of the listing and the parties involved.
